Q: I have rented a jet ski rental for Outer Banks earlier this year, but now I would like to do something else. I have never parasailed before and think it sounds fun. Do I need prior experience to parasail the Outer Banks?

A: Thank you for your great question. Parasailing in Nags Head is a breeze! You simply wear a harness that hooks you to a parachute and also attaches you to the back of the motorboat. No prior experience is required.

Q: I have never been parasailing in Nags Head. What can I expect from this experience?

A: You are going to love to parasail at Nags Head! We are located at Shallowbag Bay Marina where the parasailing boat sets sail. We offer two different flights to choose from; the 800' flight and 500' flight. All flights are at least 10 minutes long and the boat can take up to six customers. Customers will be departing from Manteo and will be on the boat for approximately one hour.
