Parasailing

Celebrated for having the tallest lighthouse in the nation, providing some of the best surfing spots in the country, and being the launch point for the Wright Brothers’ first flight, North Carolina exudes historical significance and tropical beauty.

A Bird’s Eye View

What better way to see the Outer Banks than from a bird’s eye view? Come parasail with us and really appreciate the sites of this tropical paradise! Parasailing is the practice of being towed behind a boat while wearing a canopy that allows you to glide through the air. While in the air, you will have little to no control over your parasailing experience, giving you a form of exhilaration that can only come from being attached to a parasailOuter Banks parasailing will have you cruising high in the sky with an exhilarating feeling of weightlessness. There is no other way to experience the views of the outerbanks in the same fashion that a parasailing allows you so branch out and try something new! Contact us today to learn more!

High Expectations

Parasailing in the Outer Banks is a breeze. You wear a harness that hooks you to your parachute and also attaches you to the back of a motorboat. When you are ready the boat will accelerate, slowly picking up speed. When the boat picks up enough speed, the parachute will capture the wind and propel you into the air! We offer parasail services that are for singles, doubles, or triples, so grab some friends and come soar with the seagulls. You won't be able to experience Nags Head in this way from any other activity, so contact us today to learn more!

Flight Plan For Fun

We have three different heights to choose from. The 1,200’ flight for those who want a great view, the 600’ flight for those that just want the thrill, and the 900’ flight for those that want a little of both. All flights are 12 minutes long and the boat can take up to 12 customers.

If you want to unwind after the boat ride stop in at Stripers Bar and Grille for great food with great views of the Roanoke Sound. Located at Shallowbag Bay Marina where the parasailing boat sets sail.
