Stand up Paddleboards (SUPs) are quickly becoming the new rage here. To SUP, you stand on your board and use a long paddle to travel across the water. Originally created in Hawaii years ago, these 11’-12’ boards have become popular again by surfers who still want to be in the water even when there aren’t good waves. Surfers have also found it a fun way to give your arms, back, and core a good workout.

Now, more and more people are using SUPs for recreation and fitness, and many surfing contests even have an SUP subdivision.
